Nutrition is a key part of maintaining your health and wellbeing. If you have a car with a petrol engine it will not work properly if you put diesel in the fuel tank. Your body is just the same. It is a highly tuned engine and if you are putting the wrong types of fuel in then it will not be working correctly resulting in illness and disease.

At STAY IN MOTION we encourage all our clients to go through the Detox Box programme to cleanse the body of many of the damaging toxins that you are taking in everyday, so you can start your new lifestyle journey afresh.

If you do not wish to go through the Detox that is okay, we are happy to provide diet and nutritional advice for anyone following the completion of a 7 Day food diary.
